Educate participants on risk assessment, fall prevention strategies, infection control measures, and proper handling and transfer techniques to ensure the safety of both patients and healthcare providers. 4. Enhance communication and collaboration skills: Foster effective communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals in the inpatient rehabilitation setting. 5. Empower patients for successful transition to home or community: Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to support patients' successful transition from inpatient rehabilitation to home or community settings.
