Enhance understanding of inpatient rehabilitation: Provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles, processes, and goals of inpatient rehabilitation, including the role of interdisciplinary teams and the importance of patient-centered care. 2. Empower patients for successful transition to home or community: Equip participants with the knowledge and skills to support patients' successful transition from inpatient rehabilitation to home or community settings.
